Products and technical data are export controlled

Hardware, drawings, 3D models, specifications and other technical data supplied by KasperAero LLC are subject to the export control laws and regulations of the United States, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). They may not be exported, re-exported, transferred or released to a foreign person, in the United States or elsewhere, except as authorised by those laws.

Your obligations

By ordering from us, or by downloading technical data from this site, you confirm that:

  • You will comply with all applicable US export control and sanctions laws
  • You are not a person or entity denied export privileges by the US Government, and are not acting on behalf of one
  • You will not transfer the goods or technical data to an embargoed or sanctioned destination, or to a prohibited end use, including any use in nuclear, chemical, biological or missile applications
  • You will pass these obligations on to anyone you transfer the goods or data to

Screening

We screen orders against the US Government Consolidated Screening List before shipment. We may decline or cancel an order, before or after payment, where screening or destination raises a concern, and we will refund in full if we do.

Delivery destinations

Checkout on this site is limited to delivery addresses within the United States. International orders are handled by quotation so that classification, licensing and documentation can be confirmed before anything ships. Asking us to ship internationally through a US freight forwarder does not change this, and you must tell us the ultimate destination.

International orders are quoted individually and are placed against a purchase order with payment in advance. We quote the goods, the freight and the documentation together, so there is nothing to settle after the fact. Tell us the destination and what you are connecting the sensor to and we will come back with a figure.

Classification

Every product we sell is classified EAR99. These are commercial industrial debris sensors of our own design. They are not aerospace or defence articles and nothing about them is described on the Commerce Control List. Country of origin: United States. The classification is stated on each product page and in the order metadata.

EAR99 means a product is subject to the EAR but is not listed on the Control List. It does not mean export is unrestricted. Embargoed and sanctioned destinations, denied parties and prohibited end uses still apply, which is why we screen every order.

Questions

If you are unsure whether a transaction is permitted, ask us before you order. Getting this wrong is expensive for both of us.
